We hope that every Marc G™ product inspires you to prosper.
Each garment/accessory presented by Marc G™ has been personally inspected for quality insurance purposes, if you happen to have any questions regarding the status of your order please Contact Us.
Any Marc G garment that has been made to measure, we do not offer any refunds, replacements and/or exchanges.
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return your garment(s) / accessory to us for a complete refund including shipping charges if the product was misprinted, was damaged (other than during delivery, or does not match the fulfillment information. (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly; the product is the wrong size, color, or type). For clarification purposes the following are excluded from being refunded:
• it was unsatisfactory for any reason despite matching the provided Fulfillment Information; or
• the shipping provider did not complete delivery, or completed delivery late.
In such cases, you must place a new order, or the recipient of the Individual Order must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider.
In order to be considered for a refund you must send a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem to Marc G Group at email@example.com. If you are approved for the refund please send the garment back to us at: PO BOX 760090, Lathrup Village, MI 48076. You are responsible for the shipping charges.
The discretion for refund and/or store credit will be determined by Marc G™.
In relation to PPE products we cannot accept returns.
Marc G utilizes a variety of shipping providers to ship your goods in a timely fashion: UPS, FedEx, & USPS. For all three of these shipping providers, Marc G will not be held responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.
We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery.

Due to COVID-19 shipping may be delayed 5-10 business days and returns will not be accepted regarding shipping delays.
